At FoxGlow Studios, we carefully prepare each order to ensure it arrives safely and reflects the quality of our work. Because many of our items are made to order, engraved, or personalized, processing times may vary slightly.


 

Processing Times

 


Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.


Custom, personalized, and made-to-order items may require additional time depending on the design, materials, and level of customization requested. If your order is expected to take longer than usual, we will do our best to contact you using the information provided at checkout.


Business days do not include weekends or holidays.


 

Shipping Times

 


Shipping times are estimates only and begin after your order has been processed and handed off to the carrier.


Delivery times may vary depending on:

 

  • your location

  • the shipping method selected at checkout

  • carrier delays

  • weather or other events outside our control

 


We are not responsible for shipping delays once a package has been transferred to the carrier.


 

Shipping Rates

 


Shipping is a flat $4.00. Free shipping for orders $25 and up.


 

Order Tracking

 


If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.


 

Incorrect Addresses

 


Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.


If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@foxglowstudios.com. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been placed.


 

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

 


Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier’s control.


FoxGlow Studios is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the carrier. If your package appears to be lost or delayed, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier first. You are also welcome to contact us at support@foxglowstudios.com, and we will do our best to help however we can.


 

Damaged Packages

 


If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at support@foxglowstudios.com and include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and make it right.
