Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery with USPS Ground Advantage typically takes 3-5 business days. Your estimated delivery time is shown at checkout, and any exceptions will be noted on the product page.

Yes. Every order ships with USPS Ground Advantage and includes a tracking number, which we email to you once your order ships. Shipping is $4.99, or free on orders of $25 and over.

For now, we ship within the United States only while we grow and expand our shipping capabilities. If you’re outside the U.S. and interested in ordering, feel free to contact us—tell us your country/postal code and what you’d like to purchase, and we’ll let you know if any options are available.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible with a photo of the packaging and item. We’ll work with you to make it right.

Cards: Keep dry, avoid harsh chemicals, and wipe gently with a soft cloth. If needed, lightly clean with a small amount of mild dish soap and water on the cloth, then wipe again with a damp cloth and dry immediately.

Tumblers/Mugs: Follow the care notes included with your product. When in doubt, gentle washing and avoiding abrasive scrubbers helps preserve the finish.
