Return Policy
At FoxGlow Studios, each piece is created with care and attention to detail. Because many of our items are made to order, engraved, or personalized, our return policy reflects the handcrafted nature of our products.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible non-custom items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

unused and in the same condition you received it

in its original packaging

accompanied by proof of purchase
To begin a return, please contact us at returns@foxglowstudios.com. If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at returns@foxglowstudios.com so we can review the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items
Because many FoxGlow Studios products are custom-made or personalized, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom or personalized items unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
This includes items such as:

personalized tumblers or mugs

made-to-order gifts

special order items
We also do not accept returns on:

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. For eligible non-custom items, the quickest option is to request a return and place a new order once your return has been approved.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped to a country in the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, unless the item is exempt under applicable law, including personalized or custom-made goods.
To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
