Once an order is processed, delivery is typically 5-8 days, depending on the item and order volume. Any updates or exceptions will be shown at checkout or on the product page.

For now, we ship within the United States only while we grow and expand our shipping capabilities. If you’re outside the U.S. and interested in ordering, feel free to contact us—tell us your country/postal code and what you’d like to purchase, and we’ll let you know if any options are available.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible with a photo of the packaging and item. We’ll work with you to make it right.

Cards: Keep dry, avoid harsh chemicals, and wipe gently with a soft, soft cloth. If needed, lightly clean with a small amount of mild dish soap and water on the cloth, then wipe again with a damp cloth and dry immediately.

Tumblers/Mugs: Follow the care notes included with your product. When in doubt, gentle washing and avoiding abrasive scrubbers helps preserve the finish.
